Our initiative began with the vision of “Har Ghar Naukri Aur Jeevan Bhar Roshni” (A Job in Every Home and Lifelong Prosperity). We believe that securing one job can elevate a family’s economic standing and create better educational opportunities for future generations. Our focus is on empowering rural and tribal youth by helping them prepare for government job exams. To support this, we established our own academy, providing free education and physical training to help them achieve success.
Our first academy is in Wagera village, Nasik division, and we also run two libraries in Lavit and Donwade that offer free competitive exam books. Soon, we will be expanding to the Gadchiroli village area.
