Our newest academy in Chintalpeth, Gadchiroli is a flagship demonstration of CSR in action. Designed to equip young Adivasi students with the skills needed to compete for government jobs, the academy offers focused training across six recruitment tracks — bridging the gap between education and meaningful employment.
Students receive shoes, socks, study materials, and free physical training under expert guidance — daily drills, stamina-building routines, and discipline-focused sessions absolutely free of cost. Along with physical fitness, the training instills confidence, determination, and the spirit to serve the nation.
