MIAM Career Academy

Education is the ultimate equalizer. Through our 'Mission Rozgar' (Mission Employment), we have established a network of free competitive exam coaching centres, physical training facilities, and community libraries deep within rural and tribal belts of Gadchiroli and Nashik districts.

In just 2–3 years, MIAM's training has helped 20+ tribal youth secure government employment in the police force, paramilitary, and Indian Army — pulling entire families out of generational poverty. We provide free study material, coaches, physical training, uniforms, and even travel support.

A simple school bag can be the difference between a child attending school with confidence or staying home in shame. Our "Bringing Smile" campaign donates school bags and stationery to underprivileged children across rural and urban India — eliminating the financial barrier and the inferiority complex that comes with arriving at school empty-handed. The smiles on their faces are a testament to the campaign's success.

directions_run Sports Shoes Initiative

Proper footwear is a basic dignity that most tribal students never have. MIAM's Sports Shoes initiative provides running shoes, socks, and t-shirts to children at our academies — removing the discomfort that distracts from learning and encouraging an active, healthy lifestyle. At our Chintalpeth Academy, every enrolled student receives shoes, socks, and a T-shirt as part of enrolment — because we believe physical well-being and academic confidence go hand in hand.

MIAM organised a transformative school trip for tribal students to Baba Amte's Anandvan in Tadoba, Maharashtra — a 1,200-acre community dedicated to the rehabilitation of leprosy-affected patients. The students witnessed firsthand the power of human compassion and self-reliance, broadening their understanding of social issues and instilling a deep sense of empathy. They formed lasting bonds with the Anandvan community and carried the lessons of service home with them.

work Job Placement & Skill Development

In Gadchiroli, MIAM provides physical training and skill development to improve fitness, well-being, and career prospects. Our partner Surjagad Ispat Pvt. Ltd. supports the effort with direct job placements within their operations — turning training into stable livelihoods.

celebration Sunday is Funday — Adivasi Child Development, Gadchiroli

Every Sunday, MIAM brings joy, education, and confidence to tribal children in Gadchiroli's Naxal-affected villages — many of whom have never had access to recreational spaces or structured play. Children gather to enjoy toys, bicycles, and sports equipment alongside interactive learning games, while receiving chocolates and small gifts as a celebratory touch. What began as a simple weekly session has grown into a transformative life-direction program, steering young people away from substance abuse and tobacco.

"Our aim is not just to entertain children but to build their confidence and give them a new direction in life."

local_police Free Police Training Centre — Waghmare Village, Nashik

Launched in December 2024, MIAM's free police training and entrance-exam preparation centre in Waghmare village empowers Adivasi youth with the coaching they need to join law enforcement. Green Revolution

A thriving, healthy environment is fundamentally inseparable from human prosperity. We treat environmental conservation as an urgent moral imperative, executing large-scale plantation drives that do more than just add greenery—they rebuild entire local ecosystems.

Our approach is community-led. We involve local tribal women, school children, and village elders in the planting and maintaining of these trees, ensuring incredibly high survival rates and fostering a deep, personal connection with the land.

On World Environment Day 2024, MIAM partnered with Jitendra Pardeshi (BMC Trees & Garden Superintendent) to plant a Chandan tree in Oshiwara Garden — celebrated by Mumbai The Print, Latestly, India Reporter Live, and All Rights. Trees reduce CO₂, boost oxygen, and bring back flowers, fruits, and nesting places for birds. We received an official certificate "In Support for Global Warming."

forest Forest Reforestation — Gadchiroli (Future Plan)

Root cause: Human development into forests is driving wild animals towards human settlements in search of food — creating insecurity for both. Our solution: Reforesting through community planting brings wildlife back to natural habitats, restores food and shelter, and rebalances the ecosystem. Trees absorb CO₂, produce oxygen, support biodiversity, protect water resources, and improve soil health.

agriculture Plant Nursery — Wadlapeth, Gadchiroli

More than a green initiative — a powerful step toward women's empowerment. Our nursery is run by local women from Wadlapeth village, trained and supported by MIAM. They grow medicinal plants, fruit saplings, native trees, and seasonal flowers — earning a sustainable income while promoting eco-conscious living. Education and environment, side by side.

MIAM Jiva Daya — Animal Welfare, Gadchiroli
Compassion in Action

Animal Welfare

'Jiva Daya' (compassion for all living beings) is a cornerstone of the Mïam philosophy. The stray and destitute animals of our streets are often entirely invisible to society. We strive to be their voice, their protectors, and their healers.

Empowering Rural

Women & Community

A society cannot progress if half its population is left behind. We invest heavily in the empowerment of tribal and rural women, recognizing them as the true architects of community resilience and economic stability.

Beyond economics, we focus heavily on social cohesion. Through elder care programs and the revival of cultural festivals, we are actively strengthening the social fabric of villages that are facing rapid modernization and youth migration.

We assist partner NGOs in Madhya Pradesh, Aheri (Gadchiroli), and Meerut with seasonal fruits — Aamras, mango, watermelon, muskmelon — easy on elderly digestion and immune health.

family_restroom Sanskaar Ghar (Future Plan)

Both the elderly and young children are vulnerable and reliant on each other — for guidance, for safety, for support. When separated — one in an old age home, the other in an orphanage — they lead incomplete lives. Sanskaar Ghar bridges this gap, uniting both groups in one home: a circle of love, security, bonding, and belonging. Driven by our core value of "Sanskaar" — to nurture good citizens for a healthier nation.
